Duck Foie Gras Slices – 2 x 1.23 oz (35 g) by Rougié
Premium duck foie gras from Canada, made from 100% corn-fed Moulard ducks. Rougié selects only top-quality escalopes, flash-frozen and vacuum-packed to preserve texture, flavor, and minimal fat.
Preparation:
Let slices rest at room temperature for 1 hour, or score and sear 30 seconds per side in a hot skillet until caramelized. Can also be browned from frozen and finished in the oven.
Serving Suggestions:
Pair with dried fruit, fig, berry jam, fresh greens, or enjoy with chilled dessert wine or champagne.
