Designer & Trade Education

Our Designers & Trade Education sessions give industry professionals dedicated access to the showroom for a focused, in-person introduction to Dry Ager® and Mibrasa® equipment. These appointments are designed to help you understand how the products are built, how they perform, and how they should be specified within real kitchen environments.

During the session, we walk through the core features of each unit, including Dry Ager® climate control systems, humidity and airflow management, interior layouts, and handling considerations. For Mibrasa®, we cover oven construction, heat performance, fuel efficiency, ventilation needs, and practical installation requirements.

The aim is to give designers, architects, and trade partners clear, accurate information that supports confident specification and ensures the equipment is integrated correctly into your projects.

Appointments are arranged individually so we can prepare the right products in advance and give you uninterrupted time in the space.

Very nice specialty store for grilling and cooking hardware, plus high-end food like aged beef, foie gras, jamón and caviar.
