Incredible craftsmanship on display. Ferrum is your carbon steel pan for life. Carbon steel has the benefits of cast iron's heat retention combined with stainless steel's heat control and cooking speed. These heavy duty, 2.5mm (= about 1") thickness carbon steel fry pans have carbon steel handles secured with stainless steel rivets. Induction friendly. Wash by hand and thoroughly dry before storing.

Pots must be seasoned before/after use.

Very nice specialty store for grilling and cooking hardware, plus high-end food like aged beef, foie gras, jamón and caviar.

Great place! Their steaks are amazing, probably the best steak I have ever had.
