Marky's hybrid Kaluga caviar is a farm-raised hybrid of the Amur and Kaluga sturgeons. This black caviar has large and glossy pearls that range in hues from light grey to black. The pearls are filled with a creamy and nutty taste complemented by hints of an ocean sea breeze.

Found out about this place online and drove out to Los Gatos to check it out. The store is really cool, they sell grills and dry age fridges but also sell dry aged meats.

Very nice specialty store for grilling and cooking hardware, plus high-end food like aged beef, foie gras, jamón and caviar.

Great place! Their steaks are amazing, probably the best steak I have ever had.
